The team at VC Innovations had a full week during UK FinTech Week in London at the end of May. In between chairing sessions at the Innovate Finance Global Summit, hosting a breakfast event with HSBC and then an exclusive roundtable with JobsOhio, our Liz Lumley managed to spend a few minutes with our friends at FinTech Finance to talk about the talent gap, inclusion and the importance of connected networks and friendly spiders.
