Peter is a leader with real drive and enthusiasm. He is recognised as conscientious and reliable, demonstrating first-class leadership skills with experience from across Financial Services Businesses and IT.

Peter has built on his strong technical background, that was based on his Computer Science degree and experience in technology transformation, with significant and rapid progress in Lloyds Bank’s programmes specifically for talent.

Peter now draws on his strengths in business strategy and extensive IT and Transformation experience to create better solutions and experiences for the Lloyds Bank Treasury. Peter leads a large team of Transformation colleagues (e.g. Product Owners, Engineers, Developers, Testers, Architects, Project Managers, Programme Managers) that are transitioning towards more effective ways of working – particular emphasis recently in Agile, Systems Thinking and Lab based delivery.
