“Everyone talks about data as being Open Banking and the transactions, actually it’s much more about payments,” says Cockayne. “Payments are going to drive the real volumes that we don’t see on this because the number of people who are going to make use of Open Banking payments is significantly more than those who are going to share their banking data.”
