When organisations look to attract and retain talent, you need to think outside the box, says Joerg Guenther, Chief Information Officer C&IS and Chief Technology Officer EMEA at Northern Trust Corporation.

Speaking at FinTECHTalents 2018, Guenther say the festival was a real eye opener for him. The 129 year old bank, “with an anchor in the logo” is looking for people who want to solve problems and are eager to learn to support the bank as it transforms and grows.

“FinTECHTalents was very efficient for me,” says Guenther. “I would say I usually wouldn’t have access to this variety in a single place. I love the format and I would love to see more in this format, and we will be coming back.”
