We are now four months into dealing with a global pandemic that has changed how many of us live, work and parent forever. Working from home is now the default, rather than a negotiated perk, events and networking are now virtual and our sourdough starters are a regular addition to our kitchen counter tops. As various lockdown rules are eased in many countries we can now look back at our experiences during these challenging and unusual times.
