What sets Owlin apart from other data analytics providers?
Owlin delivers real-time, transparent and auditable risk insights on both listed/non-listed entities. We cover an unparalleled three million sources across 11 languages with an easy-to-use and actionable user interface.
Can you share any examples of improved performance from your customers?
Without mentioning exact numbers on losses prevented we can share that on average hours of daily portfolio monitoring and reviews can be reduced to a 15 min. portfolio scan (+400 entities) and a 40% reduction of time on annual company risk reviews.
Owlin recently completed Series A funding round – what do you plan on using the fund for?
At first and foremost Owlin will continue to develop its products aligned to the wishes of its clients. Further to this the raised money will be used to expand our global coverage with an office in New York and an initial first step in the Asian market.
Owlin had a bumpy road in the early years (loss of initial seed investor – loss of co-founders) What did you learn from that experience?
The remained focus on our core proposition and our clients has supported us on our stable commercial growth. This focus will also help us on our continued growth and international expansion.
What advice would you give new startups in this space?
Always put your clients first. Where in early stages their feedback can be more valuable than the fees they pay.
