I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Leader with extensive Digital and Financial Services / Wealth Management experience (including Wealth / financial platforms and Robo Advice), thought leadership, knowledge and passion.

My career has spanned both client-side and agency-side (including start-up) from full-stack developer, Head of Digital, Head of Wealth Platforms and Retail Wealth to Head of Innovation. This has helped form an excellent understanding, insight and knowledge of customers personal needs, digital innovation (including AI, ML, Big Data, Blockchain and MLP), agile delivery, consumer / commercial business acumen, and being able to engage and lead stakeholders at all levels (including Board level).

I have an infectious, positive, can-do attitude with a focus on leading / motivating my teams and peers to deliver solutions that embody an analytically led, customer first, innovative philosophy, whilst ensuring commercial ROI underpins success.

I have over 14 years experience working with numerous multinational B2C and B2B companies helping them to reach and shape their digital needs.
