Pol Navarro

Digital Innovation & Transformation Director, TSB Bank

Pol Navarro is currently Digital Innovation & Transformation Director at TSB Bank as well as a Keynote & Associate Professor of Executive Master in Digital Business at ESADE Business School. Pol is also a Board member of Innocells, the hub of new digital ventures of Banco Sabadell.

He was previously Head of Digital Transformation at Banco Sabadell, where he led all the activity related to digital channels and commerce, new customer services and innovation. Pol has been responsible for the digital transformation of the bank, and involved in the launch of BStartup, a Fintech start-up accelerator based in Barcelona. Pol is a highly qualified digital business, customer service and ecommerce strategist, and a recognised thought leader who has spoken internationally on several banking, mobile and internet conferences. He studied Computer Science at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and has an MBA from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and also Executive Management from IESE Business School.
