Following from the brilliant FTT Building Societies virtual experience on 6th October, we recap on some of the highlights of the day. This panel explored the benefits and challenges of digital transformation for smaller – medium sized building societies.
The panel highlighted the importance of keeping pace with customer needs and expectations to remain competitive in a market which is constantly evolving. They focused on different technologies and how MUTUAL VISION’s platform empowers them to help more of their members.
There is certainly a place for smaller mutuals who remain agile and aware. In addition to embracing digital, leveraging business models and purpose will allow smaller building societies to differentiate themselves.
