“The whole bank is remote now, which is mind blowing,” says Chapendama. “I say kudos to IT. We spent years wondering what these guys do behind closed doors. … This is an illustration that these guys are pretty good. I am impressed with what our guys could do in a short space of time. All of my team are remote, the key stakeholders are remote and the teams I work with internationally have always been remote, but even more so now.”
